Used Maxicab Transfers recently to go from our accommodation to the airport and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. The website was easy to use with contact made about our booking request very quickly. All communication was timely and reassuring. Emmi our driver, was so lovely and efficient. She made contact the morning of pick up well before the booked time confirming when she would be arriving, even though it was an early start. She was very helpful and got us to the airport without issue. Highly recommend this service and would use again when in Singapore. I messed up and booked my transport for the wrong day — and only realised it 15 minutes before my scheduled pickup. Cue full‑on panic mode! 😅
But thank god for the amazing team at Maxicab Transfers who swooped in and saved the day. They were able to accommodate my last‑minute changes, and everything turned out smoothly in the end.
I used their service for both pick‑up and drop‑off to the airport, and the experience was great. The drivers were communicative, punctual, and reliable, exactly what you need when travelling.
And kudos to them for having the conscience not to charge an extra 1% for PayNow payments! Little things like this really show they care about customers.

We have used Maxicab Transfers for several transfers for my family holiday in Singapore. They were excellent. I'm in Australia and was very dubious as they didn't want any payment until the day of transfer. In Australia, I prepay.
